Will Conway – Director of Operations
Operational excellence is often measured not by what goes wrong—but by how
rarely it does. In 2025, Will Conway, our Director of Operations, delivered exactly
that level of excellence, setting a new standard for performance, accountability, and commitment at PDS, LLC.
This year, Will achieved a 93% in-year new account retention rate, exceeding our
annual company goal of 92%. While the difference may seem small on paper, in
execution it represents countless decisions made right, challenges addressed head-on, and customers retained through proactive leadership and relentless follow-through.
Will’s success is rooted in his willingness to go beyond what’s required. He is known
throughout the organization as someone who will **go the extra mile—and run
through walls—**to ensure our clients are taken care of, and our teams are supported.
When problems arise, Will doesn’t look for workarounds; he looks for
solutions. When standards are tested, he raises them.
His leadership ensures that new accounts don’t just sign on—but stay, grow, and

Katriel Jacobs – “The Machine” AKA Kat Daddy!
As we close out another remarkable year at PDS, LLC, it’s important to recognize
individuals whose performance didn’t just meet expectations—but redefined them.
In 2025, no one embodied that standard more clearly than our Sales Manager,
Katriel Jacobs, better known throughout the organization as “The Machine.”
True to the nickname, Katriel delivered a year of relentless consistency, precision,
and results. Over the course of 2025, he successfully closed 29 new deals, generating
an impressive $614,711.15 in new sales revenue. These numbers are not only
outstanding—they represent trust earned, opportunities created, and long-term
growth secured for the company.
Katriel’s impact goes far beyond the figures on a spreadsheet. His disciplined
approach to sales, deep understanding of client needs, and ability to execute underpressure have set a benchmark for excellence within the sales team. Deal after deal,
he demonstrated what happens when preparation meets persistence.

Marla Munguia – The Backbone of the Office
Behind every high-performing company is someone who keeps the engine running
smoothly, the numbers balanced, and the organization moving forward without
missing a beat. In 2025, that person for PDS, LLC was unquestionably Marla
Munguia, our Outstanding Office Manager.
Marla oversees Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with a level of
precision, speed, and reliability that sets her apart. She is consistently the first to
arrive and the last to leave, and once a task is assigned, it’s often completed
within the hour—a reflection of her discipline, focus, and mastery of her role.
Her impact is measurable and critical. Month after month, Marla maintains our
invoice payments within the 95th percentile, meeting—and frequentlysustaining—our company goal of having 95% of invoices paid within 30 days.
That level of consistency doesn’t happen without exceptional organization, follow-
through, and accountability.
Beyond the numbers, Marla is known for being prompt, respectful, and
dependable—someone the entire team can rely on without hesitation. When it
comes to office management and organization, she is nothing short of a beast—
handling complexity with calm confidence and keeping operations running at peak efficiency.
